Sioux Chief 643 Series sweat fitting adapters shall be used where necessary in hot or cold water distribution systems. Sweat adapters shall be used for connecting sillcocks, laundry boxes, valves, water service connections, etc. CPVC socket connection shall be designed for solvent weld connection to CPVC pipe, fully surrounded and protected by copper tube and employ an O-ring seal. All fittings are production tested to ensure a leak-free connection.
